Holds a degree in Economics and Management and started his career working in Risk Management for a leading global bank. Gained international experience in the Construction recruitment sector working for blue-chip construction companies in Qatar and Dubai. His role included overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing, assessing, recruiting and mobilising bulk labour from India to the Middle East.
Group Commercial Manager
CIMA qualified professional with a degree in Accountancy. Pavan started off his career working in Financial Analysis and Project Management in industries such as Construction, IT and Aerospace. He gained experience in the Construction recruitment sector working for blue chip companies in Qatar and Dubai. His role included overseeing the recruitment processes, technical assessment and screening of candidates, mobilising bulk labour from India to the Middle East and Project Management of multiple projects.
Denis Cupic is president of Developers Association under Croatian Employers Association (CEA), as well as member of council of CEA . He is Member of commission in Economic and social council of Republic of Croatia, as well as participant of various legislative workgroups on field of investments and environmental protection. He is frequent active participant and panel member of conferences and round tables about investments.
Romania Managing Director
Holds a degree in Business Administration with Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and a master’s degree in International Business from Aston Business School. During his collaboration with the Tax team at one of the Big Four accounting firms, he gained valuable experience in dealing with company-wide tasks at the EMEA regional level. Cosmin has been involved with his companies in various industries such as livestock and meat, civil constructions, personnel recruiting from Asia and e-commerce.

Jaspreet is a compliance and governance professional, with a specialism in foreign development policy. After over six years based at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development, she has shaped and implemented compliance policy to improve global mobility and realise sustainable development goals with overseas partners. She has a strong background in adopting a data-driven approach to improve global compliance processes and upskilling key stakeholders and international partners through the provision of bespoke training and development.
Dr. Patrik Kovacs is an international businessman, investor and economic diplomat, who is globally active in international business development and policy affairs. Among his investments one of his main business activity is to globally develop, sell, build and buy companies. He is Co-President of the Hungarian National Employers Organization (VOSZ) and the founder and President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Hungary. As Honorary President at the largest Young Entrepreneurs Organization of the European Union (JEUNE), he is actively building bridges between young businessman of Europe and rest of the world.
Daniel Zinner is Associate Partner at CLEVIS Consult, the leading HR consulting firm for HR digitalization, business transformation and HR strategy. Here he advises German and international corporations on developing a culture of global mindset and workforce management solutions. As a co-founder of the People Mobility Alliance, Daniel actively supports global collaboration and people centric use of international HR Tech solutions.
