SOURCING

Our recruitment process begins with a needs assessment to identify specific requirements and qualifications. We attract qualified candidates through various channels and conduct pre-screening, including resume and application review, as well as interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with the position.

For technical roles, we perform skills assessments through written tests, practical assessments, or case studies. Initial and final interviews are conducted to evaluate qualifications, experience, motivation, cultural fit, and communication skills. Language proficiency assessments are conducted if necessary. Thorough reference and background checks are performed on the top candidate(s) once interviews are completed.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

Our training for international placement combines theoretical and practical components to equip candidates with the necessary skills and competencies. The training program covers technical specifications and includes in-depth instruction on industry-specific tools, technologies, processes, regulations, and standards.

Candidates’ progress and competence are assessed using international assessment criteria or industry-recognised standards throughout the training program. Successful completion of the program and meeting the assessment criteria leads to industry-recognised certification, formally recognising the candidates’ skills and competence.

TRANSFER

Our end-to-end process ensures a smooth transition for candidates during international placements. We handle all country-specific documentation, provide soft skills training and orientation, and offer detailed information about the employer organization. We take care of booking flights and arranging accommodation, and act as a conduit between candidates and employers. This comprehensive process meets candidates’ needs and ensures a successful international placement.

ENGAGEMENT

As part of our services, we engage in sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates who possess the necessary skills and competencies required for each position. By carefully screening and evaluating candidates, we ensure a seamless integration into the workplace, matching the performance levels of the existing workforce.

To further support the successful integration of new recruits, we encourage employers to nominate key staff members as coordinators. These coordinators play a vital role in assisting the new recruits in settling into the workplace. They provide guidance, support, and assistance, helping the new hires become good team players and fostering job satisfaction.

By facilitating a supportive environment and encouraging collaboration within the workplace, we aim to create a positive and harmonious atmosphere for both the new recruits and the existing team members. This approach enhances the overall satisfaction and productivity of the workforce, leading to a successful and cohesive working environment.

INTEGRATION

We strongly encourage new recruits to embrace the national culture, learn the local language, and engage with the local community. This promotes effective communication, deeper connections, and cultural understanding. By integrating into the local culture, foreign workers can actively participate in the community and develop positive relationships.

Language proficiency facilitates day-to-day activities and fosters a sense of belonging. Engaging with locals helps new recruits gain insights into customs and traditions, fostering mutual appreciation. This integration creates harmony, positive perceptions of foreign workers, and a supportive environment that benefits the workforce and the community.

Overall, our emphasis on cultural integration, language learning, and community engagement creates an environment of harmony, understanding, and inclusivity for all.
